diesel vs gas

Sad for all of you "gassers", but the price of diesel fuel is holding, and price of gas has surpassed the price of diesel for the first time in about a year. Currenly $2.94 9 gas vs $2.79 9 diesel at the Speedway in Deerfield Illinois tonight 4/11. Who knows which way these crazy prices are going?

You're right about the sad news, but the good news is that's only one station in an area with a tough taxing authority. We are still 4 cents cheaper on the national average. We're still not happy that we all are approaching the 3 dollar mark. Probably be there by the 4th of July holiday time.

that must be the only one unless things have reversde since easter evning. do you know the citgo on 41 north of 31? the b11 was 2.89 then. the regular gas was 2.75.

I pulled into the Speedway by our house (Akron, OH) last night to fuel up and diesel was $2.899 ........ well, $2.799 for me - using my prepaid Speedway Fuel Card (you can purchase them at any Marc's Discount Store - it gives you a 10 cent discount on fuel - either gas or diesel)

I happened to look up at the sign while I was fueling and noticed that regular unleaded was $2.899 as well ..... it's about time.

Rlent: Where and what is a Marc's discount store? I use Speedway's most of the time, and use prepaid cards, but nothing close to .10 a gallon!
