For you old timers...
Was it nice in the 40's and 50's ? The old train station looks like it was nice once.
I remember parts of Chicago being nice that I wouldn't care to visit today.

This would seem a prelude statement for an excuse to what is possibly coming. You know those loading dock people who sit and read a newspaper.....long after their shifts starts, and seemingly wait to unload you? Or the person who acts as though their position, places them in position, to demean and order you around?

Well, it just might be possible this will no longer be a problem.
