They allow them to vote on city issues, thats it, not state or federal elections. If a city wants to allow them to vote on their issues, that is up to them, but even if given a path to citizenship, most will never follow through, which means they will never really vote.

I was against issuing drivers licenses to illegals until I moved to south Florida, there are so many of them here, because they dont have licenses, they will always flee the scene of an accident and cant get insurance. They estimate 1 in 4 on the roads here have no insurance.

The right to vote in local and state levels is where the Democrats start getting the illegals established. All they need is to be able to get them registered to vote. After that happens their ballots can be harvested, just like the alzheimer patients in nursing homes who all voted Democrat. From there it's a short leap to them to the federal level.

Federal law would have to be changed for that to happen, and considering how the GOP is trying to get back to where only wealthy white male landowners are allowed to vote, I dont ever see that happening.

Federal laws are changed all the time, and if the Democrats win in '24 amnesty and citizenship for illegal aliens will be at the top of their agenda. They didn't open our borders for humanitarian reasons.

Well I know Trump believes that laws can be changed with a wave of his magic wand, he has said he would end birthright citizenship on day one by executive order. No way in hell he could do that, would have to come from Congress ( I am not opposed to that by the way) In the real world, changing laws is a long drawn out process which in the case of illegals voting in federal elections ( or state for that matter) will never happen.

And its not a lie, its an opinion, one that I have formed from what I have seen from the GOP's mouthpieces. I dont have cable so I dont see any of the so called news networks.
