Bigdiesel... most companies pay dh like that already. The .10 after the first 100 mi is nonsense. Panther pays .50 after the first 100 to p/u a load. When I read your first post, I thought you meant all dh miles. Most companies give a 50 or 100 mi cushion where you eat that first 50 or 100. That's what they need to get rid of.
Mugg... yes, most OTR companies give a set rate for all miles, or something like $1.15 loaded/ .85 dh, for example. But they're for semis, and they don't usually deal expedite. Some expedite companies give a set rate for all dh miles, but that's strictly for semis.
