In risk management, they have been using this for a long time. I like the panther spin, but if they were not doing this already, well.....
Nevertheless, it is interesting reading. Now if we can get some of these weekend RVIng people off the road, it would be safer.

By now , you probably know that i don't like it,
i don't like it at all !
Big brother can stay at home and not watch me , i will still not do any accident.
problem is , they don't have a way to monitor safe driving , so they come up with all this HOS BS ,
and now all insurance Co. , carriers ,and Shippers , are protected...well good for them !
you see,you did not marked that Pre-trip inspection last month , would you like some coffee with that safety-training course...
OMG ,you got a seat-belt ticket while reaching to your wallet at the toll-booth , Gee's , Here is your new Premium...
Recruiting , good morning ,... no, we don't take new drivers that live in Georgia , they are more likely to be involved in an accident within the first 6 months...
Last time i checked , Van drivers are not more likely to be involved in a fatality accident then a CDL ,HOS regulated driver.
nor the Australian Road Train operator,
and i sure Don't see the Spanish Drive It's SCANIA into a train stop in Downtown Madrid...

Our Industry is way over regulated as it is , we Do not need the Carrier of Choice to regulate it any more , we Do not need Baby sitter .
Dispatch , ...yes , ...well we stop sending you loads offered , as you rejected the last 6 ...
well i'm sitting in Romulus , and all that 6 loads offered where going to Ontario , i don't like to go to Ontario on Fri. ...
I think it is really bad to the industry !
am really upset with the fact that the Carrier is Collecting this data on me , or on the fleet level for that matter .
this is an invasion to the privacy of any Commercial Driver .
am Extremely worried with the implantation of that Data by the Carriers , Insurance ,Gov. Ext...
this is not Good .
