Dangerous bridge in Carlisle Pa.

I went through there last week, to & from a pickup in McConnellsburg, and I don't recall that specific bridge, but I do know that on the exit ramps, there needs to be more notice of the ramp speed. A heavy truck can't possibly slow from highway speed to 15-25 mph in the space given. Beginning to slow down much before the ramp risks getting rearended, so it seems they could place warning signs a little further back.
I am very saddened that a driver lost his life here, and reminded that it could be any one of us next. PLEASE drive safe, everyone! We don't want to lose you...

I read the article you linked to. It said, in part, "Every few weeks a truck goes over on its side on the Clarks Ferry Bridge. The way it was designed, truck drivers experience a gradually curved stretch of highway at 65, fail to slow down to the 45 mph speed limit, and then flip when they get to the sharp curve on the bridge."

The words that jumped out to me were, "...fail to slow down to the 45 mph speed limit,...."

Is it a dangerous bridge or dangerous drivers that cause the problem?
