Was curious if any one had any recommendations? Kind of a mix bag when it comes to truck dealers there. Thanks in advance

Never heard anything good about the Freighliner dealers around there, but I have heard good things about SCS Fleet Services in Ft Worth. I know they work on everything from trucks to buses to fork lifts, mobile or at the shop. Never had any experience with them, tho.

No specific repair but we have a team that lives in north Dallas. Previous repairs at dealers in that area have been with mixed results. And I will concur with Turtle on Freightliner there. High dollar rates with repairs that usually have to be done a second time. Haven't tried SCS fleet services.
Much of the time we try to do odds and ends on the trucks when a team is home.

You may want to try Unlimited Truck Repair, 214-295-0508 or 817-649-3421. They are in Arlington, sorry I don't have the address. I got the number from a driver who lives in the area. They did A/C work for me.

Have you tried Inland Truck Parts? I haven't been to that shop specifically but I have been to a couple others and they have always been good.

I've been to Inland but not the Dallas location. Might be another great option. Thanks.

I have been to 2 MHC dealers one in Mephis and the other in Nashville, both experiences were not pleasurable and overpriced to boot.

Their driver facilities were nice, but paying 190 bucks for a DOT inspection was no joy, then they gigged me for decorations lights and a chipped windshield. Which were both passable. They said I had a loose hose clamp, I asked did he tighten it?

No, we'll have to add a 1\2 hour for that.

Never mind sais I, I'll tighten it myself. Which I did.

I then went to TA for 38 bucks, passed the inspection and the mechanic, changed my chicken light for the cost of the bulb 2 bucks I think.
