Be very carefull when dealing with this company I own a fleet of trucks and one lost an altenator yesterday on one of my expeditors here is the brake down:
Road service to jump the truck off only ten miles from shop:$160.00, mileage to the truck and back @1.00 per mile $48.00, to jump the truck $8.00,$4.00 enviromental fee
once at the shop:
quote for replacement of the altenator 1hour @$75.00
altenator $280.00 reman unit [brand new from Frieghtliner $196.00 my cost]
final bill labor $175.00!!
When i complained to the manager he said pay the bill or we keep the truck but was willing to take off the $8.00 jump fee!
Just a note of precaution find another shop.
