Paranoia is a you know what. I'm sure it's tough being a democrat in such a tainted and foul regime though. I wonder if that video will be part of the advertising in the next election cycle in his district?

It will be interesting to see if anything comes of this one. If that were you or I, you can bet there'd be assault and battery charges filed.

As a life-long Democrat, I want you to know that I find this type of behavior reprehinsible. At the very least, Congressman Etheridge is guilty of assault. I hope that other members, of the NC delegation, will step forward to condemn this behavior.

Don't hold your breath....neither party would step up and comdemn such behavior by one of their own....they are the "Elite" and anyone who questiones them will suffer at their hand...Read a book called the "Power Elite" by Mills...it all laid out right there....

There are other YouTube videos on this Etheridge guy that confirm the obvious fact that he's a total jerk. What great material for his campaign opponent's ads this fall! And the Dems try to say what clods the Tea Partiers are. He's lucky the guy didn't have him arrested for assault and battery. He's also lucky the young guy wasn't a military veteran just back from Iraq - otherwise he might have his arm in a sling right now.

And the Dems come out in Support of this congressmen, its the fault of the repubicans! The kids were not simply college students were pary of a "contrived effort"....:rolleyes: Like that justifies the congressmens actions....

But fellow Democrat Brad Miller (D-Raleigh) told ABC 11 that the man in the video with the blurred face was not an innocent college student.

"It's absolutely a partisan effort. The kid who had the camera was part of a whole group," he said. "It was obviously a contrived effort to irritate members and try to get them to show some annoyance."

I heard one so-called 'journalist' refer to the incident as the congressman having been "ambushed"....wow...makes you wonder each and every day just what country you woke up in!
