Contracts

G'mornin,
Well, up early this morning, got cancelled on my overtime shift at the hospital. See, even us nurses have to "sit" some days. Anyway, as to the desire of this message. I read where everyone talks about good contracts vs. bad contracts, so I was wondering if some of you more experienced souls would mind posting an example of a contract for us newbies. That way when we start talking to someone about a job, we would have some ideal as to what the agreement should look like. I don't want to pry into anyone personal business though, so if you can, leave off the names of all parties. Thanks in advance for your help and support in this and all other matters.

Probably just too much typing...and no one wants to scan their contract and post it on this site...way too much info, I would suspect...maybe someone can list some of the more critical points to be considered...good luck, Bones...

This has been covered at different times and most times it is hard to put one out there because of all the variations. The company leased to, percentage or milage pay, equipment issues, ect.
That is why you don't see responses in my opinion.
You would do better to ask individual questions and go from there. Also, the archives will have alot of useful information
