Recenlty I read a post by a guy who had his drivers sign a contract before hiring them to cover his assets. I can not find the post and I thought I e-mailed him as I wanted to get some advice on how I should go about doing mine. His story was of how drivers wrecked his equipment, now he has the new drivers sign a lease type contract.
