Contracts from Owner to drivers

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can create a contract from an owner to a driver(s) that describes each's responsibility. Is there a standard form?

The best thing to do is get with a lawyer. That way responsibilities of driver and owner as wellas legal liabibities are covered.
