We are trying to get information on putting a team in our truck and wanted to know if you can buy a standard driver contract form or would we have to get an attorney to type one for us??
I am not aware of one you can buy. I would recommend a attorney in your home state as some laws vary with regards to using a independent contractor from state to state.
