Expediters Online.com, has announced that it has been selected by Exhibit Management Associates Inc. of Louisville, KY, to manage the expedited trucking section, named "The Expediter Experience", for the 2006 Mid-America Trucking Show held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY on March 23-25, 2006. ....

McCord states that the Expediter Experience will be located in a 10,000 plus square foot area of the Expo center's West Wing.

This is a MAJOR accomplishment and important milestone in EO's growth and success over the years. Congratulations to Lawrence and all who labored in the past to help EO become what it is today.

FYI!

If my mind serves me correctly, EO was ask to do this about four (4) years ago. Correct me if I'm wrong LM! At which time I believe EO, and LM declined this offer. Reason being, they just weren't ready. That's why EO is EO today. Saying No then took class! Knowing he wasn't ready then, to serve the public with the EO charisma, LM had the class to say, "not now"!

Even then EO would have done a great job, but gaining 4 more, gives them the knowledge to do even better.

Last yr was the first time I went to MATS, which I said then would be the last. Learning this new news, I will retracted my statement, and start planning to attend, what may be the greatest show on earth!

I haven't had the chance to attend yet and really hated missing this year. This news suggests missing this year was fortuitous and I'll get an even better experience next year.

LDB, make sure you have your most comfortable walking shoes with you. It's huge! Will this replace, or be in addition to, the expo?

I hope EO can get some van accessory stations up. Especially for Sprinter vans. They are very hard to find even online. The ones I do find are very limited. Actually, I'm sure straight truck drivers wouldn't mind seeing accessories tailored to their area of business too.
