A convicted murderer decided he didn't want to walk. They had to get four officers so they could carry him by his four limbs. I'd have just put a pair of cuffs on his ankles and dragged him face down across the parking lot. GASP! How could someone think of being so very mean to a man who raped and murdered a woman? Oh, I'm sure a few are apoplectic. Eh, too bad. Oh, and there was DNA proof with a margin of error of 1 in 10 billion according to the evidence for those who worry about the wrong person being convicted.

Thank you. My writing is up to academic standards at the very least. I can't remember the name of that particular scumbag for you to look it up. If you want one you can look up try the Texas Seven. Thankfully, one of the seven killed himself rather than be apprehended. Sadly, the other seven were captured rather than killed at apprehension. Two of the remaining six have since been executed, as they should have been, and the other four are still on death row. They should all have been dead several years ago though.

Thanks for the context. I did like the story. It was short, but complete. Had a beginning, middle and an end. It is coherent and follows the basics of good story telling. It's rare to see that these days on forums.
