getting ready to buy a straight truck and get going, a friend is going to be my co driver,im going to buy truck and pay for everything,fuel maintenence, ect, what would be a fair wage-percent for him. would he be my employee like this.ive read the 60/40 split. 40/60 pay for fuel not pay for fuel but in this situation what would his fair pay be.
