Speaking of " chads" and the controversy, I never did understand the whole thing. While on a Destroyer on Yankee Station in the Gulf of Tonkin I received my absentee ballot and there were clear instructions " remove all paper from the slot of your choice, failure to do so will invalidate your ballot"! Probably was invalidated anyway, liberals always find a way.
