I have been think of this industry for sometime. I have heard a lot of different things. Who has the best pay for a beginner? What type of truck would be best? What if I do not wish to go to Canada?

I just signed today with Express-1 out of Buchanan, MI. I believe they are an excellent choice. I did a lot of research before finalizing on them. They do not have forced dispatch and no forced Canada either. Call Bill at 800-800-5161 and tell him Leo sent you.

I also am looking to lease a van from someone for this? Anybody you know have one to lease?

Almost all carriers run Qualcomm now. Also, I would strongly suggest doing some serious research before you lease a cargo van. You will generally pay $100-$200 more per month for that kind of lease.
