Yes they do Geo....does your carrier give you any resistance when you file for these extra charges?

every once in a while they will question, what's this $.25 for, driver had to use a pay phone and had to put in a quarter to get a dial tone, he wants, his quarter back. he would dink us for that, he has done it for $.05
that is only time Houston has question them for anything
there always trying to cut things, so I find ways to get it back
