That looked too good. I checked this clip out at Snopes and Hoaxslayer. Both suggest this clip is from a video game, most likely Battlefield 2. Hoaxslayer points out there are no flight deck personnel in the video.

The reason there is no one close by is because the that plane uses it jet engines to take off vertically not props like a chopper. The heat from the jet engines would harm someone if they were to close. That's no video game.
