We just got a good link from our carrier discussing the States and other areas that prohibit cell phone use by a driver while driving. I pass it alond as pretty good info and justification for looking into Bluetooth or other hands free device as a necessary on the job tool.

I have a Motorola 850 bluetooth. I had the 820 before that. I wouldn't get a new phone without bluetooth. In the Motorolas the 850 has a little better sound to the other person, at least based on what the people I talk to tell me after hearing both.
