I know that we allow Cargo Vans with windows, as long as there have been a few modifications. The windows have to be tinted dark. There has to be some re-enforcements to the window. Don't want cargo to go threw your windows. The carpet has to be pulled out and a wood floor with e-track needs to be installed.

I have seen tri-state and panther with window vans. I would check with whatever company you are going to sign with to make sure they allow it.
