Cargo van driving for panthers

Has anyone ever drove or is currently driving a cargo van for panthers? I’m new I’m still going through the hiring process I’m not sure if I like the fleet owner n I haven’t even started yet

No but I drove for Millhouse few yrs back. They never let me sleep because "who knows when we will find another load out of here". Not being an owner operator I went hard for 2 yrs untill I couldn't handle the sleep deprivation. Never did save money cause I would splurge on rare 3 day layovers, hotels crap food and booze. How was the pay? Did you make enough to save or you splurge just because?

I drove for them back in 99... Things changed since then, from what I heard, they have thousands of rules, not so many loads and most of them are short runs.
