This message is to remind anyone coming to Canada that we celebrate Thanksgiving on Monday October 10.
Most places will be closed that day.

Thank you for posting the reminder. My one and only visit so far was on a Monday, I think in May, that happened to be a holiday. I was passing right by the bridge and thought I'd go across for my CDRP. I learned it was a holiday and I learned the toll isn't the same in both directions on the bridge.

I think you did but I hadn't read the post since I had no intention of going until I was right at the bridge. That's what happens with spur of the moment decisions. It was a nice detour even if I couldn't take care of that business.

I believe it's Commercial Driver Registration Program but someone will correct that if one of the letters means something else. It's another identification card that's supposed to make border crossings easier.
