A Foreigner can come into this Country and get an intrest free loan to start a business. Is this really true?

I have heard of that but cannot verify it. Some one once said that is how the Indians (from India) buy and run down motels. I imagine if you moved to India you would probably need to buy a license to beg.

So it makes you kinda wonder how the Habib-run gas station stays a Habib-run gas station for generations at a time!!!
