Can we Dodge the hurricane ?

Moose, I don't think you're in danger of the hurricane force winds, but the traffic might be bad. If you can check on the web for local news that might help you. I think the biggest issue might be detours due to the possibility of contra flow on the highway

I wuz going down Missippi 49 when Katrina stopped me heading for NO. Me tink you could get to Laredo, no problem. If'n ya kan't jes stop, then resume. Be as easy as that.
