Whats the use with them, 28% came out to vote and it may end up in court by the state deciding to sue the people to overturn the defeat.

It already is happening with their marriage proposal that passed with a huge margin, it is in the courts will be overturned which actually takes their right of the vote away... but again it is California where they don't know what freedom is.
