Do they run Canada?

How well would a truck do out of MI?

my two cents
they do go to Canada but I don't know if it is mandatory.
Regardless of carriers you are probably in the best expediting spot.

You can use this as a rule of thumb. If it is a expedited carrier - they do go to Canada.

Now, the question may be "will they qualify you and not require you to accept Canadian bound loads."
