I've been with C&M since 1998. Good company with experienced owners and office people. Small fleet so the dispatchers get to know you.

all i know is what i heard. i was told they have dispatchers that have their own trucks there and they get a lot of the good freight. now this is only what i was told, i can't belive all i'm told. i don't know how much a solo in a d unit can make per week.

http://www.cmtransport.com/ For contact info. Yes some of the dispatchers own trucks. But there are checks and ballances that keep them honest. The owners sold their trucks to ensure nothing goes wrong. Bottom line is the fleet keeps drivers. I drive for one of the dispatchers but 90 percent is owner operators and they stay too.

C&M Tranport seems to be a solid carrier. I have had the opportunity to deal with C&M & can honestly say the operations staff is very easy to get along with & always personable.

After having been leased nearly three years with C&M Transport I have decided to leave, but on a good note and on good terms. I have decided to take on a new venture at home, but I can highly recommend C&M to anyone interested in expediting. The people there are very friendly, fair and honest, and provided me with the opportunity to make good money, which I did. I had a great time running there too! It's so nice to be able to say good things about a trucking company when most of the things you hear about other companies are negative. C&M were by far the best people I have been leased to
