I'm rollin' Hawk, you hit the funny bone again. At 62,your trying to kill me with this stuff, give me a break. I can't take much more.
What do we know about the w years for certain? I need not go into it.As canidate w he had billions of corporate $$ from the likes of Ken Lay. He was a lier about his Alabama National Guard time, a two bit loser in the naturaL gas game and a Govenor that executed more death row inmates(most without DNA evidence)then any Govenor in history. He also built a ballpark.Oh, and his name is Bush.Your man baby, twice,as once just was not good enough.
Kerry is not the issue,as he was correct on every single prediction he made of the disaster waiting to happen under w's second term.So claiming Kerry was the reason you voted for w the second time is Leo logic. Something about Koolaid or some such hogwash.Your brighter then that Hawk,I know you are. There is absolutly no evidence other then pure speculation on where Kerry would have led the country. It is highly unlikley he would have let the likes of Cheney and Rumsfeld run amok with our military (Kerry was an honorable vet).
I'll buy your Leoesque logic, but I would think you might like to distance yourself from that nonsense and just say you srewed up.The contrived blather about not voting for and voting against is killing me.It was a mistake,we all make them, and get on with it.
To recap,it's virtually impossible for any politician, paticularly Kerry, with a heartbeat to have screwed up worse then w.
Maybe I did something wrong, in YOUR eyes. You obviously did something wrong in MY eyes, by voting for Obama. Don't make this out to look like a mistake. I flipped that lever KNOWING what I was doing. No mistake about it. It's not like I farted, then tried to act like I didn't.
I liked Bush, when he first took office. He was straight-forward with the media. He tried to steer Congress, which failed. He tried to be conservative, which failed. Then he seemed to wuss out on us... ultimately grovelling to the Saudi king for more oil. He pushed for an elderly pharma bill they didn't need. He became more and more like the pork-happy Congress. Then, when the Dems took Congress, he became more like them.
I agree with the war, tho. I backed him all the way thru it. Can't blame him for the way America was perceived by the world, as most countries hate other countries more powerful than theirs. Europe needs to get over their heirarchy. Most of the problems we've faced in the last many centuries were because Europe couldn't fix its own messes. Now, they love a man who puts his country down, like they did Clinton.
No way I was voting for Gore, as he was/is a tool. No way I was voting for Kerry, as he was/is an egomaniac, who would say anything to get into office. I voted to keep another one out, this time. Unfortunately, the corpse I voted for couldn't find his way out of a wet paper bag, let alone an election.
So, now, we have an egomaniac, who got elected with billions in donations from the likes of Soros. No one knew anything about Obama, other than he didn't look like those other presidents on the currency. But let's not make this based on race, everyone said. The hypocrisy of this guy astounds me to no end. The double-talk, blame, side-stepping... all of it. He wakes up in the morning with one thing in mind... "How can I make myself more loved today?" Nothing will stop him from that goal... including the destruction of the American way.
As far as no one with a pulse not screwing up like Bush... either Carter was a zombie, or you got so wasted in the 60s, that you don't remember the 70s.
