Border Scenario
It would seem that there has be another “incursion” by Mexican “forces” into the United States. This is by no means the first such incursion and it will likely not be the last.
Our government has done nothing to stops these acts of war, and it would seem that they do not intend to put a stop to them, despite the fact that it is the Duty of the federal government to defend the borders.
Another scenario:
U.S. citizens, who live on the border, get tired of Mexican “activity” on their property. They have seen in the past that the federal government is not going to do anything about these attacks. It is obvious to them, that the administration is not going to enforce our laws or defend the border, for whatever reason, it does not matter.
SO, they take up arms. One of the primary reasons we have a nation of armed citizens is to help defend the Nation against such attacks, whether the government does, or not.
They witness the movement of Mexican military forces/law enforcement personal, into U.S. territory, THEIR private property, property that the U.S. government has a duty to defend, but is not. The citizens, as is their right, defend their property, by the use of deadly force, killing several of the Mexican invaders and driving the rest back into Mexico.
