John, we have read the press release. Can you provide us some insight to this move by Load1. What your combined futures will bring, etc. Congrats, by the way.

We believe it is really a case of 1 + 1 is greater than 2. We are very excited by it. Nations has a very loyal customer following in the South East. They have a well established sales and agent network and very little in the way of over lapping customers. It gives Nations access to a much larger fleet to service these customers and to increase sales with their national accounts. These opportunities give the combined fleet greater load potential. As well Load One has more advanced technology and a larger brokerage capacity. It also allows them to sell more truckload, specialized and air charter than they were previously able to with us having those direct areas. All in all I think it is a great win for our company, Nations, and the combined fleet.

John, how long do you anticipate it will take to fully integrate the 2 companies; systems, process, procedures, employees, and O/Os.

We have a pretty aggressive timetable planned. Goal is July 1 for conversion of the fleet and offices. It will be a challenge but that is what we are good at.
