Battery Bank Cables

I am setting up a simple parallel battery bank with 2 marine batteries and have not been able to find the short connector cables at auto parts stores, truck stops, walmart, etc. I know I can order them online, but really want to start using my second battery ASAP.
Any suggestions of where to look?

Most NAPA stores can make up anything you want.

The last time I looked in Walmart, they had cables that were meant for lawn tractors or something like that. They are double ended, fit under the wingnuts on your deep cycles. And, best of all, were cheap.

I have always found them mixed in with the battery cable selection they have.

I bought bulk cable, got the cable ends from an auto parts store. Cut to length and solder on the ends exactly the length you need.

I know you said that truck stops don't have them. Have you checked at the parts/service counter at a TA/Petro? I have bought them there before. They don't display them on the floor since they are not a fast moving item but they normally carry them.

I have also seen them in places that sell marine batteries and boasts since many boats use multiple battery set ups. Large battery retailers that are attached to battery distribution centers carry them too.
