When you have to go you have to go. So heres an idea for you who don't like whizzing in the weeds.

I occasionally use my small "butt" sized trash can as a crapper.

All you need is Plenty of trash-can liners and some kitty litter.

Once you've finished your bussiness, just tie up the bag and toss it.

The Kitty Litter kills the smell and absorbs any wetness.

PS> This works great for female drivers who can't hit a bottle.

Also keep TP at hand.

Hey Leo,
After watching the "Product Demo" you recommeded I'm left with this conclusion:
In the time it took to set that bad boy up I'm afraid it would be to late!:'( The Porta-Potti in our sleeper is much faster. The wife just wishes I'd install one of those bathroom exhaust fans, you know what I mean Vern! ;) :p

The advantage over the porta potti is the space it takes up when it's folded up. If you have somewhere that you can leave it laying flat you can have it set except for extending the legs. It's not for split second usage but hopefully there's no surprise that can't wait maybe 1 minute. Anyway, it's just another option.

Well, if you normally use a dumpster, (no pun intended, lol), a 55 gallon drum would be a small can. :p ;)

Thanks for the link Leo.

I am extremely frugal so here is my extremely inexpensive portable toilet the is $100 less in price than The Pett.

Check out the toilet tissue holder placed conveniently within your reach! Gee, do I sound like a commercial or what. LOL.

Somehow a folding cardboard box doesn't inspire confidence for me but it's what works for the user that counts.

Hello, I'm back... for now. Regarding the bathroom issue.... I have it all figured out. A toilet mounted under the bunk on the right (passenger/curb side) of the rig - that flows into a 10 gallon holding tank. Now, here's the kicker of it, mount an electric dump valve that can be operated from the drivers seat... at nite time, find a dark entrance ramp - Not an exit ramp - kill all lights,
and let the good times Flow! Problem solved!!!

Now, on the outlet of the holding tank, be sure to mount a fitting that can be used with an RV type flexible dump hose. That way you can flush the system out with water at a Flying J dump station on occassion - this along with the blue chemical packs found in Wal-Mart for RV toilets (found by the Automotive Dept.) will keep odors down and keep everything nice and neat - along with Latex Gloves (50 pack found by the Pharmacy Dept. in Wal-Mart). Empty every 2 to 3 days and you're sure to be fine.

That's all, Later... Big Bob - seeking another seat yet again.
Private Coach run done for now,
was gone for a month with a hard rock/heavy metal group.

Note: Do Not try this at home,
This stunt to be performed by professionals only.
Additional note: if caught, there's about a $10,000 fine.
Yes, I put the comma in the right spot.
So only do this in really dark areas, like warehouse district storm drains... hey, it's all biodegradable right? Smile!!!

I like the Pett. Expensive but takes up little space. You can have the liner, dry chemicals and disposal bag set up then fold it back up. It also travels very well when set up. Won't tip, splash, no odors, etc. It only takes about 5-10 seconds to pull the curtains, snap the legs down and lift the seat and you are ready to GO. Oh, yeah, don't forget to drop your drawers first.
I like the idea of using heavy trash bags as liners and cat litter instead of dry chemicals. The replacement kits for Pett are expensive.

Nothing beats a facility built into the truck for this purpose rather than an addon device.

Just make sure your holding tanks are heated. :D
