Banner in the way

How do I move that darn banner? You know, the one with Express 1, FECC, Landstar, etc.
I like to use my I Pad with safari since I don't care for the I Pad app.
Right now the banner is across the title box so I was unable to type in a title.
There is no X visible to remove it like many banners have.

Any suggestion. I ain't got a lot a smarts when it comes to this computer stuff so hopefully this is an embarrassing easy fix.

Just found out I can type over the banner to put in a title but can't see through it.

You have to use white out.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do other than be frustrated by it. It moves itself into that exact spot on the ipad where you want to type and so far doesn't seem to have a solution.

Here is another solution:

Go to your iPad.

Scroll down to the LAST blue bar. Look on the Left - it says "Expediters Online 4.0"
Change it to EO Mobile - problem solved.
