I am sure this has been on here before but I did not search and was not really interested in the past. I am loosing a driver in the next week in one of my trucks. I am having a heck of a time finding anyone to put in there and for that reason I think I am just going to jump in myself. I have been looking for something for me anyway. I am not in a position to go back out running the country and Canada because I do have to run my business here in town. I am looking for ideas on doing something with the truck myself that is around town or dedicated or ltl work for company, or maybe my own authority and just grab loads off the internet now and then. Anything to make a few dollars to keep the truck working to some degree. I thought about EGL but they have not responded. I am just looking for some ideas. I know you have all been helpful in the past to others and I am really drawing a blank as to what I might do. Thanks.

I just realized there is a question on here very much like mine. Sorry for repeating. I am not really looking to start my own business. I am trying to put one of my trucks on somewhere I can run a more controlled schedule in it. I am giving up on trying to find a driver for it. The others are running and doing fine but this one truck will just not keep a driver or the right driver. I really do not want to sell it off but without a quality driver I can not keep it around. I will drive it myself but I can no longer do the over the road gig. Thanks to all.

Are you living living just north of Cincinnasty? If so they have had some changes there in the last few weeks. (for the better) I work out of that Station.
