I'm afraid I don't know what you are talking about. Company video news? What is that?

I was wondering the same thing.

Login to Landstar's website, then choose the link on the upper left side, under "BCO NEWS". Choose the "2011 Winter Edition"

The link is a different process, you'll have to enter your truck number, and a new password to see the video.

Apparenly they are not going to mail the cd's out anymore perhaps?

Anyway, ATeam's truck is in one of the still shots there.

And the hostess of that video is really HAWT! (Shame on me for noticing!)

Really weird .. I just tried to access it, and I got this error, (I'll report it to Landstar)

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

I'm viewing the winter, 2011 edition of Landstar Network News now. Yes, what used to come out on a disk in the mail now comes out online. They announced that on the last disk that was mailed.

There is a truck in the LEAM fleet that is often mistaken for ours (and ours for it). Ours is a Volvo with an ARI sleeper. Theirs is a Jeff Jones Freightliner with a Bentz sleeper. It features stars and strips graphics quite similar to ours.

That truck is pictured below. Our truck is pictured below it. Theirs is a beautiful truck. If the two trucks were side by side in a truck beauty contest (something we do not do), the other truck would win. Note the finished look front to back on that truck that is created by the rear fenders and side farings. The roof lines differ too. Ours starts with a day cab and flows to a double-aero sleeper. Theirs starts with an integrated Bentz sleeper.

Is that the truck you are talking about? It was pictured in the video where they talked about BCO days.

BTW, regarding BCO days, Diane and I have reserved our hotel room for this event (Landstar pays two nights for teams, one night for solos). We are looking forward to it and to meeting more LEAM BCOs when there. We will be at the Wingate hotel which is walking distance to Landstar HQ in Jacksonville, FL where BCO days is held. Free shuttle service is provided from other hotels.

Wonderful,
but, you guys got the flag all wrong.
i think i told you that in the past,
the stripes needs to end with some stars waving in the wind, and up on the cargo box.
now that you already have one star there, it'll make it soo much special.
to get a decorative idea, just look on my truck. (click to enlarge)
some larger stars from the flag, ending with smaller's ones going up.
