Are you Happy with your carrier

We are EXTREMELY happy with our small carrier (less than 50 truck fleet). Here we mean something. Management and dispatch care about both our business and personal well being. We are not just a truck number to them. We were never made to feel this way with the large fleet carrier(s) we've been leased to or driven for in the past.
In fact we are sitting in Long Beach, CA waiting to unload a empty turbine stand that will quickly be loaded with a tubine and reloaded on our trailer. We then return the stand to Connecticut where we originally picked up the stand. This round trip followed a Fl to WA to CA to CT (2 runs) tour.
Can we say CHA-CHING$$$

I am. They're not perfect, [neither am I], but they keep me busy without babysitting, and [because they look for loads for their trucks, rather than vice versa], I'm never waiting behind several other trucks to get a load.
Also, when I need to get to a specific place, they can usually get me there, or reasonably close.
Little things: the phones are answered quickly, and if I am 'on hold', the sound is pretty music, not commercials - when they pick up again, I don't feel like ripping their heads off, as I do after 10 minutes of annoying ads.
They never offer a load, then give it to another truck.
They don't insult me with a madeup name, then treat me like a number.
There is always fuel [200 gallons per day] available on my card - never have to ask, or remember how much there is.
Most important, they really do act as if we're a team, and my success is tied to their own - I like that very much.

I agree with you 100% Dave. This will be our best year ever as far as gross income with Panther. We have never grossed over 1 million dollars in a year, best year ever in this business.

I'm extremely happy with Load1 not many carriers will go out of the way to make sure you keep rolling. Speakin of.....Company jet?! So where'd ya go? Lol
When the Wheels go round and Round Im earning Then Im Happy But when they are not Well Im not Happy. It would realy be tough for any carrier to please me as I could run the Truck 24 7 only stoping for PMs in route to a delivery. Showering while in route or if got a few hours before delivery and Eating the same way. Personaly I believe
If your gona stay out here on the road then ya need to be
moving. Any Carrier if they are worth a Plug nickel Should be
able to keep those that work, Wheels turning. If you got a team that stay out on the Holidays then for Heaven sakes take care of them. They are the ones that should get taken care of. Remember Holidays are around the corner give a steak dinner to the ones that stay out now else When needed they will be taking their ball and headen Home.
The Republicans got the House so Im told and the Demo got the Senate.
