Hi

Does it pay by the mile or %?Whats the fuel surcharge?Any hazard pay?Are meals included or do I have to pack a lunch?Does it pay enough to retire to a nice ranch in northwestern US or Alberta?Does a QC work in outer space?How about cell phones?Do I get a really cool weapon?Can I take along a few riders and then conveniently forget to bring them back?
