I have a second truck after going to the show in August was very impressed with Idle Busters. After getting approved and going through all of there hoops I have decided that doing business with these people is not a good idea.
Can not get a return call from your salesman
Misplaced my phone # and could not give me an answer if I was approved for three weeks was informed that this is normal notification time, salesman told me one to three days.
Turn over of staff
When they sent the lease wanted it returned now and I was on the road (urgent).
Recieved a call today that if I do not get it signed and returned that there is going to a price increase (after we already have agreed and placed an order).
In reading the lease I must purchase an insurance policy (never told this up front) and that get this I must also carry a 5K liability with them named on the policy. All this for a lease. There was more written in this lease that is vague. My better sense tells me to do business elsewhere. They charge extra for everything, shipping, install, you name it this company wants for you to foot the bill and the only item you can lease is the machine itself. Everything else is pay up front.
When talking with these people at first I got the impression, OK heres the price of the unit plus install, not plus shipping not plus this that or the other. Or anything about extra insurance, had it been explained up front I would have been ready.
If your gona deal with these people just be ready and have an attorney look over the documents as the way I read you have nothing to loose but $.
