very good.. now stop stalling and get back to work....Roof vent pipe repair completed. What was discovered. When pipe vent was installed, no glue or anything was applied, and it simply came apart. Was a little more difficult as the part needing fixing went under attic floor, so had to cut the floor a little also. While here, I had them fix a window that was having problems closing all the way.
Total Bill $85 well spent

I was at that j one time and those black birds were playing king of the wire. Well one bird thought he would be the top king of the black birds so he landed on top of the transformer and bam all of a sudden the alleged top king black bird came diving down to the ground with feathers going everywhere. Nevertheless that bird didn't know what hit him. About 30 min. later the local power company show d up to turn the power back on. I told them it was the transformer over there where the dead bird lay on the ground. They told me that this happens all the time.Mt at the J, San Antonio. Beware the black birds!
