Well turn of events with my house roof..kind of.
Knock at the door. The guys that stood me up on Saturday
After inspecting everything, as I feared, the roof vent pipe is broke on the inside of the house. Simple fix, however, since I have no access to the pipe, they will be cutting out a wall to find it.
Measure twice, cut once, in full affect
Good news is they will be cutting a spot in the attic storage room, so no real cosmetic concerns.
Better news. He quoted me $50
I actually think that's a little low. I'm sure I would have paid more then that with the other other two company's I had coming out, plus done tomorrow and I can get back to work.
Depending on how it all turns out, I might just give them $100...maybe
