anyone with nations express?

I am just wondering how nations works? Straight truck pay rate? Fuel surcharge? Average weekley mileage for straight trucks, Is hazmat needed, what about about a contract with nations. is this needed? Any help with answers would be great. Or any other recomendations would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance
