anyone keeping busy

Thought i'd check here and maybe get some honest answers.
Was out the 20-29 Apr only had 3 runs @250 mi ea. So deceided to wait out the slow time at home. After 3yrs in the business just couldn't see setting out there spending money while not making $000.00. Just wanted to see if the business has started to move any. Will keep checking back for some honest answers and not a bunch of B.S. Keep Rolling and Be Safe. GOD BLESS

This is the Slowest I've seen it I've only done a few Local runs and 1 to North Carolina and Ended up deadheading home from that one in the last 3 weeks.And its starting to hurt.

I've got nothing to compare to as far as personal experiance. Only been at this 2 months. However, my experiance is a bit different than yours. It does seem slower than when I started however I have yet to sit a day (other than a weekend) with out a load. I have had my share of short runs 100-200 miles but I still manage 1000 miles a week.

Though it's been slow this week thus far, in a 10 day span ending Saturday morning, we ran over 4000 miles. Does seem like we're doing more sitting between loads. Guess our acceptance rating will be going up a bit

Well, thankfully I moved into more of a dedicated role. I am not sitting at all. I do drop at two places where I see Panther, Tri State and when speaking to one driver at a time, they all admit it is very slow.

I can honestly say I am glad I am not doing that right now because it would proably be the last straw.

I have a dedicated run now and start at about 5:00 and finish about midnight. Home in bed each night by 1:30. I only hope it lasts.

WE HAVE BEEN SLOW LAST COUPLE MONTHS COULD STAY BUSY DOING DISCOUNTED LOADS LIKE OTHERS BUT ONLY ONE MAKING MONEY THERE IS THE FUEL STOPS. THIS WEEK FIRST IN MANY WE MIGHT MAKE SOME MONEY.
