Tried to do a search but was unsuccessful . Has anyone here been contracted to EDS ? I guess the better question would be : has anyone heard anything good - bad - or indifferent about EDS ? Iv'e heard that the parent company is Rush trucking if that meens anything .

They speak of eds on the rush website. Rates seem kindof low for t/t so not sure of straight and cv rates. Taken from their site is this about t/t rates:

At Rush Trucking, we're always looking for reliable, experienced owner-operator partners to work with. We have dispatch centers in Wayne, Michigan, Kansas City, Missouri, Lexington, Kentucky, and Buffalo, West Virginia. We offer competitive pay, and benefits for our owner-operators, including $.95 to $1.18 per mile plus fuel surcharge.

Well, I misunderstood the question and gave an honest comment. Just look at what these troublemakers have done now! Makes me want to cry!

Must be getting soft in my old age :D

My apologies to the original poster. I have never heard of the company you asked about. But I just couldn't pass up the opportunity for a little fun.

Rush is a minority owned trucking company that pulls primarily automotive round trip lanes. EDS is one of their divisions. They have pulled a few loads for us. Can't really tell you much more than that.

Many are effected by it but not many will talk about it.

It's a hard thing to discuss

Probably can't get up the courage

Probably my background in medical terminology & acronyms, but I was expecting a photo of a little blue pill - Homer was a better choice, lol.
