A winter storm warning remains in effect from 9 pm this evening to 4 pm est friday.
Strong low pressure will move across southern ohio tonight into friday. Much of the region will see rain or drizzle today but as colder air spills into the region tonight there will be a change over to snow. The main concern is how long freezing rain or sleet will occur before changing to snow. Winds will also increase on friday as the area of low pressure pulls eastward allowing for some blowing and drifting of the snow.
Snowfall amounts by friday evening may be in the 6 to locally 8 inch range across the warned area.

That much snow after freezing rain.... just gonna be nasty.
Lawrence, I've turned down some this year, as I just wont run in that mess. Its already cost me enough this year.....

I just left the Chicago area where they are looking to get dumped on and am heading down to Indy, they are only looking at "snow showers" and mixed snow and rain.....Whew....
Called home told my wife i am looking to stay way south of toledo until a least next weekend, if not the following weekend...

We are just about to cross the NY/PA line on I90.

Diane and I have not seen snow fall since Christmas when we went home to Minnesota. We vacationed in Florida after that and sat out all the bad storms. Back on the road, the freight kept us south until now. We may see snow fall tonight, depending on how the storm acts. It seems our Florida vacation was well timed this year.
The good news is April 1 is just 35 days away. Spring is already starting to work its way north from the southern states. It was a pleasure to see spring green grass in Mississippi earlier today.

Absolutely amazing!! We are enjoying the sales. We are already 5x's over last years numbers and still playing catch up with the customers. Along with the CSA implementations and all the new rules, and add in the new playing field (CANADA). We could not ask for a better start!!

This weather stinks. That's all I gotta say right there.... LOL
Been stuck here in Louisville Ky since Wed and no one can get me a load to the east coast so that I can seen the wife and kids been since Sept OCT time frame.
