Another question

Maybe you guys know what Im talking about-- but im going to try and describe it. I dropped off in Madison Heights Mi and tried to use the same chain I used to tow cars with to pull the pallet back. But when this would not work the guy pointed to something on the ground. It was a chain thing- that had like a claw at the end- that you put on the pallet and tie to the hi-lo and when he pulls back, it makes the claw grip and he pulls it back. Where the hell do I get that nifty little thing from??

Any Material Handling Supply companys stock that wonderful item. There is one in Ft. Wayne if you get thru that area often. They are on the east side of town on old Rt.30 out by the truck dealers.
