I am thinking of getting in the business and just recently found your site. Very informative. I saw an add in a paper for all types and have talked to the recruiter several times. Tonight, in going back through the old posts, i saw some posts about this company that were negative. in one of the reply's someone mentioned something that was posted several months back. I don't know how to find the old post. does anyone have any comments on this company and can anyone offer any advice on this co?

keep on truckin!

The old posts say they owe a lot of people money for loads , and charge an excessive amount upfront for physicals then only partially refund the money to people that get smart and sign with someone else and never even take the physical . If that isn't enough of a red flag for you All Types once had a link on this site but it was removed due to the complaints of people that had dealt with them . I have never seen a single All Types unit on the road .

You can go to the archives and then do a search on them. I don't believe I have ever seen a positive post on these folks. Way too many good companies out there, so why take a chance?
Just my opinion

The funny this with the company in question, is the fact that they do not respond to anything in their defense. Just about any Expediter out there who has a computer, and has internet access, knows about EO.

You would think that a rep from this company would possibly join our group, and try to offer some explanation for their negative reputation. Or, if not, you would think they would try cleaning up their act as a result.

How many people have we seen ask something about these guys, and of course, all they have to do is be directed to the archives. The only people they are going to get as drivers are going to be those that are new to the business, and look how many are finding out about them before they make the mistake of signing on with them.

That is one of the greatest benefits of the site. If one does alittle research, you will slowly see trends respective to each carrier. It helps weed out the good from the not so good. When folks are dedicating huge personal resources and time into a business, they need as much information as possible.

I saw a all types van once.... It was in the breakdown lane on I90 in Ohio. about 25 minutes later he passed me like a man on a mission (80-90 MPH) and headed north to Detroit. The van was a early 90s Ford. Not sure when they stopped using amber in the tail lights, but this one had them, and my 96 does not. I heard their main customer is General Motors. I breifly looked at them, but the more the recuiter talked, the more I felt I needed my hip waders.

Sign with Panther if you have a older truck (96 or newer) if you can afford newer (2000 or better) you can almost have your pick of companies.
