Anyone know about this company. They dont seem that they nickel and dime you. They are right on satellites why install them and be charged on a weekly. when nextel can do the same thing for fraction of the cost, you are going to need a cell phone anyway,Nextel can track you with gps and tell how to get where you are going. Does anyone run with this outfit. I just want to keep my nickels and dimes

I will give you the best Xmas gift ever!
Do a search on the name, here in the forums, and read everything twice. Then read it again. After you see why we are telling you this you will understand why some companies use the cheap phones and try to use that as a selling point to drivers. Nextel is another can of worms you won't want to open. They are one of the worst cell phone service providers I ever used.
The gift I just gave you is worth more than if I gave you a new home. WHY! Cause after you get shafted from a bad company you could have bought a new home, with the money they beat you out of. Now I'm not going to tell you this company is a bad one, but let your better judgment speak for it-self.
Do yourself a favor and Listen to what the other drivers are telling you. After hearing what this company has done to others I would.

If you mean On Time Express out of Plymouth, MI... I'd give them great marks. I left em to pursue a dream & I think the owner was a bit upset w/ me when I did. That doesn't change that they run ya well, pay ya well, yada yada yada.
They want ya to get a new vehicle every few years. I'm thinkin like every 3 years or something if I recall it right. This can be viewed 2 ways. One way is that ya get paid well & need the new truck to justify the rates. The other is that it can be expensive. Check w/ them on this though. It's been awhile since I was there & I'm not exactly sure how everything over there works.
All in all I'd say you'll like em. Now, one final thing. If ya can sign on w/ em in another vehicle besides a Sprinter, I'd do it. If ya already have the Sprinter, ya might as well sign on w/ em. I hope you don't encounter the problems w/ that vehicle that I have & some other's have. If ya don't already own one, ya might wanna consider another vehicle.

I read in the archives they didn't pay SQUAT! Because they are THIEVES! If you're still planning on running with them, please come back after you've been taken, so you can add to the lengthy reports from ppl who lost their money. Frankly, I'm surprised the feds haven't shut them down.

Maybe the FEDS are waiting to give them an Xmas gift?
Problem with companies that rip off the drivers, and get away with it, is because the drivers or people who are getting ripped off aren't reporting it to the right agencies.
Hope to see Jeff Jensen or Phil (ATeam) do an article on this topic, and in that article will be a contact with an address to the right agency so when a driver is taken advantage of by a bad company, they will know who to report it to.
