It was very enjoyable at to have Corporate, Sales People, Recruiters, Safety, Show Promoters, Press, Vendors and drivers all working together to make the 2010 Expo the best ever.
There was no pecking order at the Expo, we never knew when we walked into the restaurant who would call us over to their table. At many of the tables we could find a mixture from a new person wanting to get into the industry to the CEO of a company.
Another thing I noticed at the Expo was the intermingling of all the companies! From the CEO, Safety, Recruiters, to their drivers, to other drivers and to newbies we were all together at the events. Shoulder to shoulder as equals.
